How do I choose my wall colours?
We bring the Cromology colour chart, over 1,000 shades, straight to your site visit. You choose in real conditions, under your room's actual light.
Do you repair cracks and holes before painting?
Yes, we never skip this step. Filling, skim coat, sanding: it's the foundation of a paint job that lasts.
Can you paint outside in winter?
It really depends on the weather (rain, frost) more than the season. We plan exterior jobs around the forecast to guarantee a lasting result.
Do you offer free on-site quotes?
Yes. Within 30 km of Anduze we come to you at no charge; beyond that, we let you know before we travel. We assess the work on site and give you a detailed written quote.
Do you protect furniture and floors?
Always. Everything is covered with dust sheets and plastic sheeting before we pick up a brush.
What are your opening hours?
We're reachable Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Closed on Sundays. You can also write to us any time by email or WhatsApp, we reply as soon as we're back open.
What paint brand do you use?
We mainly work with the Zolpan Proalkyd range, professional-grade paints. For tighter budgets, we also offer solid alternatives, without ever cutting corners on preparation.

How does payment work?
A 30% deposit is required when the quote is signed, with the balance due once the work is complete and checked together.
How far do you travel?
We mainly work within 30 km of Anduze, where the call-out is free: Alès, Ganges, Sommières, Le Vigan and many surrounding villages (Générargues, Tornac, Massillargues-Atuech, Lézan, Boisset-et-Gaujac, Vézénobres, Corbès, Ribaute-les-Tavernes, Cardet, Monoblet, Saint-Félix-de-Pallières, Mialet, Saint-Jean-du-Pin, Bagard, Cendras, Sauve, Durfort-et-Saint-Martin-de-Sossenac, Ners, Domessargues, Saint-Christol-lès-Alès, Saint-Sébastien-d'Aigrefeuille, Lamelouze, Saint-Paul-la-Coste, Saint-Jean-de-Serres, Saint-Bénézet, Vabres, Salindres, Rousson, Saint-Julien-les-Rosiers, Méjannes-lès-Alès, Brouzet-lès-Quissac, among others). Is the site cleaned up afterwards?
Always. A full clean-up is done before we hand back the keys, and we walk through every room together before final sign-off.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on our schedule at the time: work can start quickly or in a few weeks. We confirm an exact date once the quote is accepted.
What VAT applies to my project?
Zenna is a micro-business (micro-entreprise): depending on its turnover for the year, it either charges no VAT (small-business exemption) or charges the reduced 10% rate for renovating a home completed more than 2 years ago. Your quote always says which applies, and the price shown is the final price.
